About This Space

Room 236 is on the 2nd floor of Willis Library. It is a large and open presentation classroom for use by faculty and staff. This room is set up as a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) room to study, present, collaborate, and share content wirelessly. Students are unable to reserve this room, but are welcome to study here when it is not in use.

  • Amenities: Instructor/Presenter station, Computer based setup, table tops setup, or mix
  • Technology: PC, Projector/AirTame, HDMI, Ceiling mounted microphones and camera

Additional Information

  • The control panel on the wall next to the instruction station controls the system power, display inputs, volume, and camera.
  • Here is a user guide for the room (link to the attached users guide)
  • The BYOD connection at the podium is an HDMI cable so presenters will need to bring an adapter if their device doesn’t have an HDMI port.
